The Christmas Village
Privacy
What we collect when you visit, order or send a custom build request, why, and who else sees it. The short version: only what we need to make and ship your order or answer your request, and we never sell or rent your information.
Updated October 31, 2026
When you order
Your name, email, shipping address, your phone number if you give one, and the names and lettering for your signs. We use them to make your houses, ship them and email you about your order.
Checkout runs on Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe handles your card, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers what they do.
When you send a custom build request
Your name, email, phone number and what you would like built. It comes straight to our inbox, and we keep it so we can answer you and quote your build.
When you look around
Google Analytics tells us how people find and use the site: the pages viewed, the kind of device and browser, and a rough location (about the city). It uses cookies, and it never gives us your name. You can block it in your browser's settings or with Google's opt out add on.
The Meta Pixel (from the company behind Facebook and Instagram) tells us which of our ads bring people here and lets us show our ads to people who have visited. It notes a few moments: when a page opens, when you open a house to design it, when you add to your cart, when you start checkout, and when an order is paid, with the house type and the price. It never sends your name, the names on your signs, your email or your address. Meta may link the visit to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policy, and you can change this in your ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram, or block it in your browser's settings.
Your cart is saved in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. It stays on your device until you check out.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to take your payment.
- The shipping carrier, for the label on your box.
- Our email provider, to send your order emails.
- Google, for the visit counts above.
- Meta, for the ad measurement above.
That is all. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as we need them for our books and taxes. Custom build requests stay until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we have about you, a correction, or for us to delete it? Email Hello@GlazersLaser.com and we will take care of it, apart from anything the law says we have to keep for taxes.
